    • You will find used medical equipment that is currently in our inventory. Most of it will be available for purchase.

  • How do I navigate the site?

    • To navigate this web site, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top our web site Each category will have multiple groups of related items. Click on the group to see all that have for that selection.

  • How do I find equipment?

    • To find the equipment you're looking for, you may:

      • use the navigation menu on the top of our web site to browse categories and groups, or

      • type some keywords into the SEARCH box. For example, if you are interested in a Baxter pump, you would key in "baxter pump" . Partial names are okay, and you can also search for specific manufacturers or model numbers.

      If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.

  • I can't see pricing or place any orders - why not?

    • To fully use this site, you must be a registered customer. Registration is free, and you are under no obligation to purchase anything once you register. If you want to register, click here.

  • I registered, but I want to change some of my account information. How do I do that?

    • Log in to the site, and then once logged in, click on the "My Account" link located at the top right side of the web site

  • I registered, but forgot my password. Now what?

    • Click on the Log In link; underneath the "Submit" button for Log In, you will see a "Forgot Password" link. Click on that, and enter in the email address associated with your account. A password reset email will be sent to that address - just follow the instructions, and you'll be back online in minutes.

  • What are your policies on warrantees and returns?

    • All items are sold "as-is", with no warrantees. We do not accept returns. Please READ THIS CAREFULLY for all of the details

  • How much is shipping?

    • Shipping charges vary by equipment size, shape and destination. The cost of the equipment does NOT include any shipping; You will have the option to select your shipping type from a list of available options when you buy the equipment; if you have any questions or concerns about shipping or costs, please contact us prior to purchasing the equipment.

  • When will my equipment ship?

    • Once your payment has been processed, we will ship your equipment out within five business days. Items that require pallets, or oversized or odd-shaped items will take longer to prepare for shipping than smaller, easier to pack items.

  • How long will it take for my equipment to arrive?

    • Unless you specify otherwise, all equipment is shipped via ground transportation. Shipping time will vary by distance from our facility and the size of the equipment. For most equipment shipped to the Continental United States, your estimated ship time is 3 to 7 days (in addition to any packing time we required). Shipments to Canada, Mexico or other foreign countries may take longer.
